FAQs
How long is the typical timeline for a project?
The timeline for a standard Branding package is typically a month (about 4 weeks). Web design packages are typically 6-7 weeks. If you have add on items in your package, the timeline will be extended.
How do revision rounds work?
In order to get the most out of your revisions, I encourage getting feedback from multiple sources, collecting all your thoughts in bulk and then sending it my way. Once I complete and send back a new version with all the edits, that will count as a completed revision round and we can move on to the next as necessary.
How does payment work?
A deposit is processed upon booking your project in order to provide security to me in saving your spot. The remainder of the payment will be invoiced at the end of the project once I receive final approval on the design but before I send over all final files, again for security. For more lengthy projects, we will discuss payment options.
Why does your branding project take weeks?
My approach to designs in both web and branding is to make it 100% custom! I want you to show up uniquely YOU. This is why I have in depth intital calls so I can get to know you. I also like to include check-in calls throughout the project to make sure we are on the same page and the right path. In my experience, it is better not to rush creating a brand or web design that you will have forever!
